HOW TO STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO EVERYONE ONLINE

Remember What Social Media Doesn't Show You People rarely post their worst days, insecurities, failures, disappointments, unanswered prayers, or moments of confusion. You usually see the finished picture. So don't compare your behind-the-scenes with someone else's highlight reel. Your Value Isn't Measured in Likes Followers, likes, views, comments and shares can feel exciting, but they don't determine your worth. A post can receive zero likes and still contain something meaningful. You can have 50 followers and still have incredible potential. Your value existed before anyone clicked “like.” Celebrate Others Without Rejecting Yourself Someone else's success doesn't mean there is less success available for you. Someone else's talent doesn't cancel yours. Someone else's beauty doesn't make you less beautiful. Learn to say: “I'm happy for them—and I'm still working on me.” Take Digital Breaks Sometimes the best thing you can do is put your phone down. Go outside. Read. Exercise. Talk to someone. Create something. Pray. Spend time with family. Work on a skill. Do something that reminds you that life exists beyond your screen. Build Your Own Life Don't spend so much time watching other people live that you forget to live your own life. You have ideas, gifts, relationships, dreams and purpose. Put the phone down sometimes and go build something.
