Talent Needs Development
Having talent is a great beginning, but talent alone isn't enough. You need discipline, practice, knowledge, feedback, patience and opportunities. The difference between someone who has potential and someone who develops that potential is often consistent action.
Don't Wait Until You're Perfect
Your first video may not be amazing. Your first song may not sound professional. Your first design may not look perfect. Your first speech may make you nervous. That's normal. Your first attempt is supposed to be a beginning, not a masterpiece.
Use Your Gift to Serve
A talent becomes even more powerful when it becomes a tool for helping others. Use your photography to tell stories. Use your music to inspire. Use your coding skills to solve problems. Use your creativity to communicate ideas. Use your leadership ability to help others grow.
Don't Hide What You've Been Given
Imagine having a seed but never planting it. Your talent is similar. Develop it. Practise it. Share it. Improve it. Give it room to grow. Your gift may be bigger than you realise.
